Shift: Day Shift (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM | 12-hour shifts)
Role OverviewAs a CNA at Bangor Nursing & Rehab Center, you will provide essential daily living support and compassionate direct care to our residents in a long-term care and rehab setting.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Assist with direct patient care, transfers, and repositioning under the supervision of nursing staff.
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in resident condition to the primary RN/LPN.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for all residents.
- Active CNA certification in good standing.
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care facility preferred.
- Strong communication skills and reliable attendance.
