LVN Supervisor: Resident Care & Medication Administration

High Hope Care Center – Brenham is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide nursing care under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, and to supervise CNA staff on the unit to ensure quality resident care.

The LVN will administer medications, monitor residents' status, document care and communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team, while complying with facility policies and regulatory standards.
