Overall Job Summary

The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute “start to finish” tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The High Volume FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, unless otherwise dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store-specific measurements.
• Complete store inventory counts and cycle counts accurately.
• Perform price changes and hang signage such as Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Deliver a Legendary Customer Service experience through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate.
• Ensure a differentiated shopping experience.
• Provide peak coverage as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding fields preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance needed.

Working Conditions

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise.
• Shifts generally no less than 4 hours, may exceed 8 hours.
• Promote safety and adhere to safety guidelines.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move and transfer merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Push/pull merchandise with equipment assistance.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, stoop, climb ladders.
• Operate equipment safely and effectively.
