Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers to fulfill merchandising needs of customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelves and displays to ensure in‑stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz guidelines.
• Ensure negotiated plans with store managers are followed; communicate any issues with Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• Hourly compensation $17.00 to $18.00 based on experience.

• Minimum age of 18, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance.
• Positive, professional attitude; self‑motivated; able to work independently.
• Capacity to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations; mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including lifting up to 25 lbs. (occasionally more).
• Previous retail or grocery experience preferred.
• Live within 25 mi of College Station, TX; available at secondary locations Brenham and La Grange, TX.
• Schedule availability:
  Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday; start by 5 am; 15 hrs per week.
