We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Agricultural Equipment Sales Representative to join the team at the store that started it all. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, understands the needs of farmers and landowners, and is ready for a sales role with strong local name recognition and a loyal customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new leads and build long-term customer relationships
- Assist customers with selecting equipment that fits their needs
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
- Negotiate pricing and prepare sales contracts
- Work closely with service, parts, and management teams
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Stay informed on current inventory and new equipment arrivals
- Associate degree preferred
- Prior sales experience is helpful
- Hay equipment knowledge or ag background is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft and Google applications
- A positive attitude and commitment to serving customers well
