• Assist customers at the sales counter in a friendly and professional manner

• Provide excellent customer service and help customers with product or order questions

• Process customer orders and complete accurate data entry

• Enter and update customer information in the computer system

• Assist with counter sales and recommend products based on customer needs

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries

• Process transactions and maintain accurate order documentation

• Communicate with team members to ensure orders are completed accurately and efficiently

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional counter area

• Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred

• Strong computer and data-entry skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Comfortable working directly with customers and handling sales transactions

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Dependable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
