A UK wide construction consultancy are seeking an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor / Take-off Surveyor who is a specialist in producing high-level, Bills of Quantities. The Associate Quantity Surveyor's role The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will be using CostX to measure and produce Bills of Quantities in SMM7 and NRM, on array of high profile projects across a diverse portfolio.
Alongside producing Bills of Quantities, the new Associate Quantity Surveyor will also be involved in mentoring and developing a team of Take-off Surveyors / Bills of Quantities specialists.
