Finance Business Partner

Location: Cricklewood

Are you an experienced finance professional looking for a role where you can influence business performance, lead a finance function and work closely with senior leadership? We are working with an established organisation looking for a Finance Business Partner to join its Leadership Team. This is a broad and commercially focused position, combining financial leadership, business partnering and team management.

Responsibilities:
As a Finance Business Partner, you will:
Lead, mentor and develop the finance team of 5, supporting performance, succession planning and continuous development. Coordinate the annual finance plan and oversee budgets, forecasts, management information, pricing and costing exercises across the Group. Provide commercial financial insight to the Leadership Team, identifying trends, risks and opportunities and supporting key business cases and strategic decisions. Manage financial controls, cost management, credit management and risk processes, ensuring strong financial discipline across the organisation.

Lead the year-end audit process and support the preparation of statutory accounts, tax computations and associated reporting requirements. Requirements:
As a Finance Business Partner, you will need: ACA, ACCA OR CIMA full qualification (or equivalent Experienced within a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years' leading and developing a team. Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends and provide meaningful insight to senior stakeholders. Benefits:
