JMF Associates is exclusively partnering with a reputable construction firm based in North Kent that is seeking an ACCA/CIMA Qualified Commercial Head of Finance. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Commercial Head of Finance will oversee the finance function across multiple entities, ensuring robust financial controls and delivering commercial insights to support operational and growth initiatives. Your expertise in financial management, coupled with commercial analysis, will be vital in driving profitability and efficiency.

As a key member of the senior leadership team, you'll influence strategic decisions, optimise cash flow, and enhance financial systems to support the company's continued success. Responsibilities of the Head of Finance Role:

- Experience in a number 1 finance role A CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified Accountant Strong Sage and Excel skills with management accounts, budgeting, and forecasting experience Good knowledge of CIS. Proven cash flow forecasting and management skills. Experience working across multiple entities or group companies. Requirements of the Head of Finance Role:

- Qualified or working towards ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification.

Experience of working within the construction sector

Experience of working for an SME Excellent systems skills and advanced Excel First rate interpersonal skills, presenting to the Board and liaising with HMRC and banks Office based with free parking on site This role would suit a hands-on, yet strategically minded senior finance professional with previous experience working with SME environments, particularly in the construction industry.
