Position: Business travel - implementation and support executive
Location: Cricklewood

Business travel - implementation and support executive Required for this expanding company who support a number of TMCs in the UK. They are looking for a SBTC with some knowledge of online booking tools, a implementation support agent or a helpdesk agent both with a TMC background. Homebased, up to £37,500, plus 5% bonus, 23 days holidays etc Business travel
- Implementation and support executive duties
- Lead the implementation and configuration off online booking tools, Atriis and Cytric
-Support the business with first and second line queries once live and deliver a very high level of customer service
-Provide virtual and onsite training sessions
-Evaluate training needs
-Suggest solutions to the TMC where needed regarding client need of an online booking tool Business travel
- Implementation and support executive skills required
-Ideally a proven record of implementing and supporting online booking tools They will consider a senior business travel consultant who is use to high volume and experience supporting online booking tools
-Strong technical knowledge
-Excellent communication skills
-Confidence in delivering presentations and training Ideally knowledge of either Atriis or Cytic
-An excellent problem solver Additional information
-Monday to Friday role 9am to 5.30pm =Homebased only
