• Managing a portfolio of audit and accounts clients
• Leading audit engagements and overseeing fieldwork
• Reviewing year‑end statutory accounts
• Ensuring compliance with UK accounting and audit regulations
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and building long‑term relationships
• Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team
• Supporting partners with workflow management and business growth initiatives
• Identifying opportunities to improve client processes and internal efficiencies

• ACCA or ACA qualified
• MUST hold a valid UK practising certificate/licence
• MUST have previous experience within a UK accountancy practice environment
• Strong working knowledge of UK GAAP and FRS 102
• Confident managing audits independently from planning to completion
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong leadership ability with a proactive approach
• Commercially aware with a client‑focused mindset
