Used Car Sales Executive

Automotive Retail Dealership – Brentford (TW8)

Salary: £25,500 pa, OTE £51,000 pa uncapped + company car.
Hours: 5.5 days per week.

Working Hours & Rotation
  • Minimum 45 hrs/week, 2‑week variable rota (5 days / 6 days)
  • Mon‑Fri: 8:00am‑6:00pm (Week 1 starts 8:00am, Week 2 starts 8:30am)
  • Saturday: 8:30am‑5:00pm
  • Sunday: 10:00am‑4:00pm
  • Breaks: 1 hour Mon‑Sat;
    Sunday is a shorter continuous shift
  • Flex:
    Occasional rota adjustments to support work‑life balance (e.g., a full weekend off)
Responsibilities
  • Host customers for initial consultations and show‑and‑tells at the dealership.
  • Conduct test drives and guide buyers through the sales process.
  • Resolve queries and collect payment before vehicle release.
  • Explain warranty, service/maintenance arrangements and sell add‑on products and finance packages.
  • Demonstrate car features and conduct full, professional handovers.
Qualifications
  • Superb personal presentation and dedication to customer service.
  • Determination and drive for success.
  • Recent vehicle sales experience with main dealers (preferred) or car supermarket experience (considered).
  • Full UK Driver’s licence (manual and automatic).
