The Senior Quantity Surveyor will help manage a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential refurbishments in London. The company has an impressive pipeline of work and is offering a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and progression.

The company specialises in prime residential refurbishments and has recently experienced an influx of new projects. They have a turnover of £40 million and a long‑standing reputation for delivering an exceptional standard of work.

Projects range from £2 million to £16 million.

• Cost reporting
• Tender and contract documents
• CVRs
• Bills of quantities
• Attend professional and client meetings
• Assign subcontractors and suppliers aligned with procurement schedule
• Mitigate commercial risks

• 5 years+ experience
• Ideally experience with high-end residential/prime/super‑prime property
• Experience working for a main contractor
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Team management

• £70,000 – £90,000
