About the School

Prospero Teaching is looking for a Year 6 Teacher to join their team, full time, September 2026 start! The school is a popular mainstream Primary School with a supportive senior leadership team. It is going from strength to strength and provides training to all staff.

The position is open to both NQT’s and experienced teachers. Depending on performance, the school may extend the contract or offer a permanent position.

Experience, Training and Qualifications
  • QTS or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year teaching experience in the UK
  • Up‑to‑date safeguarding training issued in the last year
To be eligible for this role through Prospero Teaching, you must:
  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional child‑related references covering at least the last two years
