🚀A newly created role within a growing Total Rewards function, offering real influence across pay strategy, equity, and compliance in a fast-evolving international organisation.

• Support delivery of the organisation's compensation and total rewards strategy
• Manage annual salary review and bonus cycles
• Lead salary benchmarking, job architecture, and pay frameworks
• Deliver pay equity analysis and support EU Pay Transparency requirements
• Produce compensation reporting, dashboards, and statutory submissions
• Partner closely with HR teams on compensation policies and decisions
• Maintain accurate compensation data within HR systems
• Line manage and develop a Total Rewards Analyst

• Proven experience in a Compensation or Total Rewards Manager role
• Strong people management experience (essential)
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical capability
• Solid understanding of pay equity and transparency regulations
• Experience with job evaluation and compensation surveys
• Comfortable working in a changing, project-driven environment
• Workday experience beneficial but not essential
