About the RoleWe’re looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join our BI & Data team at a critical stage of our data transformation journey.
You’ll play a key role in migrating data into Microsoft Fabric and supporting the ongoing rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365, helping to build scalable, reliable and future‑focused data solutions across the business.
This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys solving complex data challenges, improving processes and working closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders. You’ll be involved in everything from pipeline development and reconciliation testing to data modelling, troubleshooting and automation initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing- Building and maintaining Microsoft Fabric pipelines, Lake houses and data solutions
- Writing and optimising complex SQL / T‑SQL queries and transformation logic
- Designing and executing reconciliation testing across migration projects
- Investigating data issues and performing root cause analysis
- Creating data models and supporting KPI reporting requirements
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand business and reporting needs
- Managing and improving automated data processes and pipelines
- Supporting wider AI, automation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Hybrid working – Brentford office 1 day per week

You’re a technically strong Data Engineer with experience delivering data migration, transformation and integration projects within fast‑paced environments.
You’ll be confident working with large datasets, solving complex data issues and communicating effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
You’ll ideally have experience across Microsoft Fabric, Dynamics 365 and modern cloud‑based data platforms, alongside the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
You will have:
- Strong SQL / T‑SQL skills including complex queries and performance tuning
- Hands‑on Microsoft Fabric experience including Lake houses, Pipelines and Notebooks
- Proven ETL / ELT and data engineering experience
- Experience supporting CRM or Dynamics 365 data migrations
- Data reconciliation and validation experience
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- A proactive, adaptable and solutions‑focused approach
- PySpark or Python within Fabric Notebooks
- Power BI reporting experience
- AI or machine learning exposure
- Microsoft certifications including DP‑600 or DP‑203
