Service Engineer – Nights

Location:

Shift Pattern:
Sunday – Thursday 23:00 – 07:00 (Nights)

• Carry out breakdown and repair work on all equipment across site escalators within the portfolio to achieve continual operation.
• Work within the London Underground network, managing the portfolio of escalators within it.
• Respond proactively and quickly to fix any breakdowns, aiming to achieve first‑time fix.
• Liaise directly with the customer while on site to build a good working relationship.

• Qualified to at least NVQ Level 3 in Lift and/or Escalator Engineering with significant experience in service and maintenance of escalators.
• Ability to work nights Sunday – Thursday starting at 11:00 pm – 07:00 am.
• In‑depth knowledge of a variety of different brands of equipment.
• Hold a valid UK driver’s licence.
• Flexibility is important; overtime may be required.
• Good skills in mechanical and electrical engineering.
• Committed professional with safety as your priority.
• Comfortable communicating to others.
• Curious, adaptable, and able to work alone or in a team.
• Comfortable using electronic and digital tools.
