Cleaning Operative – Brentford, Maternity Cover contract, Monday - Friday 6:00pm to 10:00pm (20 Hours a week)

£14.80 per hour + Benefits

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaning Operative to join our team at one of our prestigious client sites in Brentford. Working as part of our professional cleaning team, you will play a key role in ensuring the workplace is clean, safe, and presentable at all times.

• Carry out cleaning duties following agreed processes, systems of work, and industry standards.
• Take ownership of the quality of your work within your allocated tasks.
• Respond to problems or queries promptly and effectively.
• Provide assistance in line with the service level agreement and instructions from your supervisor.
• Perform any additional duties required within the cleaning scope.
• Support colleagues and supervisors where needed to deliver an excellent service.

• A positive attitude and commitment to high standards.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow clear instructions.
• Previous cleaning experience (desirable but not essential – full training provided).
• Good English speaking and reading abilities.
