Leaders In Care are working with an ambitious provider opening a brand-new 4-bed children's home in Harrow. The Registered Manager will lead from the outset, building the team, ensuring outstanding care and full Ofsted readiness.
You will oversee the registration and opening process, develop a child-centered culture, manage staff rotas, safeguarding, and placement planning, and drive high standards in line with the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015.
