Location: Ingatestone, Essex
Hours: Monday and Tuesday, 09:30 to 17:30
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
Job Type: Temporary Ongoing, Part-Time

Noble Recruiting are supporting a local client in Ingatestone with the recruitment of a Payroll Administrator on a part-time,
temporary basis
. This role is ideal for an organised and detail‑driven administrator with experience handling payroll data, timesheets, and workforce records.

• Collect and process weekly timesheets within agreed deadlines
• Cross‑check hours worked against internal logs to ensure accuracy
• Maintain and update payroll data using Excel spreadsheets
• Liaise with recruitment agencies to confirm hours and approvals
• Monitor holiday and sickness records and flag discrepancies
• Provide general administrative support as required

• Previous experience in an office or administrative role is essential
• Payroll or timesheet processing experience is highly advantageous
• Experience supporting a large workforce is beneficial
• Strong Excel and data accuracy skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Must be a driver with their own vehicle due to the location
