Projects range across high-spec commercial fit out, refurbishment and new build D&B schemes, often fast-paced and client-facing, requiring proper commercial control and professionalism.

• Full commercial responsibility from procurement through to final account
• Managing subcontractor packages, valuations, variations, CVRs, and reporting
• Supporting and leading tender returns and early-stage cost planning
• Working directly with Directors and Project Managers to protect margin and programme
• Client-facing involvement across D&B and public sector schemes

• Senior QS (or strong Project QS stepping up) from a main contractor background
• Proven experience delivering Commercial D&B and/or Public Sector works
• Confident client-facing professional — clear communicator with presence
• Strong subcontractor network and industry contacts highly advantageous
• Commercially sharp, organized, and capable of hitting the ground running

• A privately owned, London-based contractor delivering:
• Commercial D&B schemes
• Leisure & Hospitality projects
• Public Sector works
• Refurbishment and fit out contracts
