With a solid pipeline of secured projects, they are seeking a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their growing team and support continued success.

Roles/Responsibilities

Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions for flat roofing projects
Manage project costs from pre-construction through final account agreement
Monitor variations, valuations, and change orders
Prepare interim applications and manage cash flow forecasting
Negotiate subcontractor and supplier agreements
Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure cost alignment
Review contracts and identify commercial risks and opportunities
Support project managers with financial reporting and cost control
Maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams Qualifications

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in roofing, envelope, or specialist subcontracting sectors
Strong understanding of flat roofing systems and construction methods
Proven experience managing subcontractor packages and supplier procurement
Knowledge of standard construction contracts
Excellent numerical, negotiation, and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and commercial management software
