Attention all Senior Architectural Technicians!
Are you searching for your next role, hoping for fulfilment and purpose? We are supporting a well-established building consultancy in their search of a skilled Senior Architectural Technician. Our client is offering the opportunity to join their architectural team on a contract basis, outside IR35, to create and develop detailed designs for a range of healthcare and residential projects. This opportunity offers hybrid working in the Brentwood office.

- Oversee the creation and development of detailed architectural drawings, documentation, and specifications, using industry software platforms.
- Lead a variety of healthcare and residential projects from concept through to implementation, adhering to client expectations and requirements.
- Conduct frequent site inspections to identify and resolve issues, monitor work progress, and ensure compliance with agreed design intent and industry standards.
- Liaise with multidisciplinary professional project teams and consultants, enforcing the delivery of efficient technical solutions, acting as a lead consultant coordinator.
- Provide support to junior technicians and architects, offering technical oversight and ongoing guidance and mentorship, promoting professional development.
- Work alongside contractors, stakeholders, and clients to ensure accurate and efficient project development and delivery, maintaining quality throughout all project stages.
- Extensive experience as a Senior Architectural Technician, Architect, or a similar role, supporting the design and delivery of healthcare and residential projects.
- Significant leadership abilities within project delivery, with an ability to coordinate site inspections, resolve issues and queries, and ensure adherence to design intent.
- Profound acknowledgment of UK building regulations and standards, technical detailing, and construction codes, throughout RIBA work phases.
- Strong ability to build and maintain rapport with internal and external project professionals, ensuring high quality solution establishment.
- Effective stakeholder management, mentoring, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with project teams.
