Location:
Essex
Salary: £30-38,000
A progressive and fast-growing architectural practice based in Essex is looking to appoint a motivated and technically capable Architect to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic studio at an exciting stage of growth, contributing to the delivery of high-quality residential projects across the UK.

- Mileage and site travel expenses reimbursed
- Attend site visits and client meetings to support project delivery
- Produce technical and 3D drawings for planning submissions
- Prepare detailed technical packages for Building Regulations approval
- Coordinate information with external consultants and project stakeholders
- Assist in the delivery of multiple projects simultaneously
- Support project administration and general studio duties
- Represent the practice at networking and industry events when required
- ARB-registered Architect
- Experience working within a UK-based architectural practice
- Full, clean UK driving licence with access to a car
- Proven experience delivering UK residential projects
- Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and construction methodologies
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, with experience using 3D software such as Sketch Up or similar
- Solid understanding of the UK planning process
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
