A growing, design‑led architectural practice in Essex is seeking a talented and ambitious RIBA Part III Architect to join its expanding team. • Client‑facing role with full project delivery responsibility
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure smooth project progress
• Produce technical drawings and detailed construction information
• Deliver projects across all RIBA work stages
• Ensure compliance with UK Planning and Building Regulations

• RIBA Part III qualification obtained in the UK
• Sufficient experience in a UK‑based, design‑led practice
• Strong technical and design skills
• Experience delivering UK residential projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Sketch Up
• Skilled in Adobe Suite
• Excellent communication, organisation, and project management abilities
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
