A well-connected construction recruiter with a proven reputation within The Built Environment sector is seeking a Blue-Collar consultant to be responsible for the growth of an account-driven blue collar Trades and Labour desk.

Salary £40,000 + Guarantee + Car Allowance + Excellent Comms + WFH + Benefits

Core business hours – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.

• Take over a blue-collar Trades and Labour desk and drive account-driven growth.
• Work to deliver strong weekly gross profit (GP) on the desk.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients in the Built Environment sector.
• Collaborate with team members to provide excellent comms and service.

• Experience in recruitment, specifically in the Recruitment Industry is required to be considered.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Eligibility to work in the UK (as applicable).
