The Role:

As the HR Manager, you will:
Build and lead a central HR department
Oversee three administrative support staff
Maintain strong relationships with an external HR Business Partner
Ensure compliance with HR regulations and standards
Develop and implement new working practices and disciplinary procedures
The Candidate:
The ideal HR Manager will have:
CIPD Level 5 qualification
Experience in implementing HR practices
Knowledge of VISA and sponsorship processes
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
