Operations Sales/Manager – Offshore Energy – Are you an ambitious senior manager with excellent people skills seeking an opportunity that will lead to Directorship?

Established independent of recruitment solutions to the Offshore Energy sectors are seeking charismatic hands-on Operations Sale/Manager to provide responsibility for the growth and management of their growing Essex-based operations.

A pivotal role for the company, with the support of the Managing Director your responsibilities, will include the following:

• Management of staff within the marine, subsea, renewables, and O&G teams
• Formulation of Business Development Strategies to help grow the contract revenues within the Offshore Energy sector
• Recruitment & Training as well as recommending external training where necessary.
• To agree targets and sales strategies with the Managing Director and ensure individual targets are met and maintained.
• Provide clients with bespoke recruitment solutions on a PSL/Retained/Packaged Works/Sole Supplier basis.
• Main point of contact for bids, tenders, presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Work with sales team/s on business development strategies and market mapping.

• 8 years plus proven track record in managing recruitment teams within the Energy, Engineering, Construction, or similar sector.
• Experience of delivering bespoke recruitment solutions on a PSL/Retained/Packaged Works/Sole Supplier basis.
• Highly effective communicator with strong presentation skills and decision making/negotiating experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to operate at all levels plus within a close-knit team.

Salary £60,000 to £80,000 + Bonus Structure + Bespoke Package
