• Lead, coach, and work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions

• Teach/tutor in‑center using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
• Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

• Passion for math and working with students
• Be very comfortable with mathematics up to and including Geometry, Algebra II, Pre‑Calculus, and SAT‑level math
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with learners of all ages
• Eagerness to learn and be trained
• Ability to balance leadership and instructional responsibilities
• All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.
