Skin Expert (Lead Esthetician) – responsible for performing 40-50 minute facials, brows, lashes and waxing; maintaining State Board compliance; keeping accurate records; delivering excellent customer service; and achieving service and product goals in line with FACE FOUNDRIÉ guidelines. Must be 18 years or older and hold an active Esthetics or Cosmetology license as required by law. Must maintain an active license and renewal protocol for the duration of the position.

• Greets guests in a timely and friendly manner to provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain high standards for customer service and achieve personal and store goals.
• Explain, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Support the Manager with scheduling needs, cuts, and team breaks.
• Perform services including but not limited to: dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, brow lamination, lash lifts and tints.
• Assist in in-store operational processes, including inventory needs.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures to maintain Board compliance at all times.
• Assist with inventory counts, ordering products, and receiving shipments to ensure accuracy.
• Help estheticians achieve store and individual sales goals and monitor back bar product inventory and supply usage.
• Hire esthetician staff on an ongoing basis.

• Promote a feel-good, fun and gossip-free environment for customers and employees.
• Be passionate and tenacious; build high expectations in self and others.
• Lead by example with good judgment; be approachable and an effective two-way communicator.
• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity.

• Train new and existing estheticians to ensure confidence in ongoing training, protocols, product knowledge, selling and compliance.
• Keep estheticians up to date with changes in products and services.
• Assist the manager in holding the esthetician team accountable to hitting benchmarks on current programs and initiatives, including service sales, product sales, membership goals and rebooking.
• Ensure FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards are upheld and conduct coaching conversations with team members as needed.
• May conduct product, retail and membership training for Front Bar Receptionists and Estheticians.

• Assist in marketing initiatives which may include events, pop-ups and social media content.

• 3 years experience as an esthetician with prior management and/or training experience.
• Experience in dermaplaning, Hydra Facial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing and tinting.
• Ability to build and maintain strong employee and customer relationships.
• Availability to work nights and weekends, including offsite marketing events.
• Active California Esthetician License.
