- Bi-Weekly bonuses up to $1,600 per month

- Competitive pay: $17–$45 hourly (hourly, tips, bonuses and incentives)

- In process of obtaining or holding an esthetician or cosmetology license
- Current student pursuing a certificate or degree in esthetics or cosmetology
- Ability to make guests feel comfortable, important and welcome
- Perform all Radiant Waxing services (optional Manzilian Certification)
- Positive, friendly, upbeat and personable to guests and staff
- Maintain professional appearance during working hours
- Enjoy fast-paced environment and fixed schedule
- Grow guest base through self-marketing and salon initiatives
