Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team! This position provides speech therapy services in the patient’s home, allowing you to work directly with patients and their families in a comfortable and familiar setting. You will assess speech, language, and communication needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and guide patients toward achieving their goals. Collaboration with caregivers and other professionals is encouraged to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Therapy services are provided in the Brentwood, Pittsburg, Antioch, and Oakley areas.

The ideal candidate demonstrates clinical excellence, empathy, and strong communication skills, with a commitment to helping each patient reach their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy in the patient’s home using evidence‑based practices
  • Track patient progress, maintain detailed documentation, and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support therapy goals
  • Educate families and caregivers on techniques and strategies to promote continued progress outside of sessions
  • Maintain compliance with all professional, state, and documentation standards
Qualifications
  • Active California Speech‑Language Pathology license (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and documentation abilities
  • Commitment to patient‑centered care and ongoing professional development
