Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to develop personalized care plans.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions that enhance communication and swallowing abilities.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families on strategies to support communication and independence at home.
  • Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Experience in conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations to create personalized care plans.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Proven track record of implementing therapeutic interventions that enhance communication and swallowing abilities.
  • Skill in monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Competence in educating patients and families on strategies to support communication and independence at home.
  • Familiarity with documenting patient assessments, treatments, and progress in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Participation in team meetings to share insights and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives is a plus.

Compensation: $130 - $150 hourly
