Position Overview

The manager is responsible for supporting all aspects of the venue operation, including guest and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding guest service
  • Ensure staff receives proper training for each position, including safety training and standard operating procedures
  • Assist with resolving employee issues
  • Adhere to all company procedures and regulations as well as standard operating procedures
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed and in accordance with company procedures
  • Create schedules for employees
  • Ensure proper staffing
Required Experience and Skills
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a restaurant management position or a minimum of five years experience in a guest service position
  • Bar and restaurant management experience
  • Food safety certification (able to earn upon hire)
  • TIPS certification (able to earn upon hire)
  • Must be available days/nights/weekends, holidays
  • Highly energetic and motivated individual
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer/client focus
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and as a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Very detail-oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Ability to shift and manage multiple priorities
  • Results-driven focus and ability to work through to completion in a timely manner
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Adaptable to change
  • Driver's license (required)
  • Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
Job Details
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary:
    From $50,000.00 per year
  • Work Location:

    One location
  • Shift: 8-10 hour shift (40 hours)
  • Schedule:

    8 hour shift, weekend availability, holidays, day shift, night shift
  • Weekly Day Range:
    Every weekend, Monday to Friday, rotating weekends, weekend availability
  • Restaurant Type:
    Bar, casual dining restaurant
  • Education:

    High school or equivalent (required)
  • License/Certification:
    Driver's License (required)
