We’re hiring immediately! Base pay is $16.00 to $21.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, hours worked, and experience. In addition to base pay, you can earn up to $16,000 per year in individual‑based commissions if you hit all sales goals. Top performers may earn an extra $14,500 or more in commissions, potentially bringing total annual earnings to $65,000–$73,500. The starting base pay for this position is $19.71 per hour.

You’ll need to have:

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work experience and/or military service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you will know your schedule four weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.

Even better if you have:

• Experience working in a commission‑based environment.
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Customer service experience.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.

In this work‑site‑based role, you will work onsite at a defined location or locations. The position requires 40 scheduled weekly hours.
