We are seeking a motivated Estimator / Project Manager with strong knowledge of construction to join our team. This dual-role position requires accurate cost estimation, effective project coordination, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints. Procore experience is required. This is an office-based role in Brentwood, MO, with the possibility of short out-of-town trips as needed.

• Prepare accurate, competitive estimates based on plans, specifications, and site conditions
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and change orders
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and related documents
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion
• Prepare and present bid proposals, scope of work, and risk assessments
• Manage project documentation, procurement, and contract administration
• Monitor project progress, quality control, safety compliance, and close-out activities
• Communicate clearly with clients, stakeholders, and team members
• Prepare construction schedules

• Proven experience as an Estimator and/or Project Manager in construction
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods
• Proficiency with computer software (MS Office, budgeting tools, scheduling software, Procore)
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, AEC-related field, or equivalent work experience preferred
