We are a boutique-sized diversified downstream energy company with a range of assets, including petroleum refining and logistics.
- Our refineries in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana have a combined crude capacity of 302,000 barrels per day.
- Our logistics business currently owns and operates
720 milesof crude and product pipelines, a 600-mile crude oil gathering system, and storage tanks and terminals.

Performs general accounting activities, including the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements such as balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements, and capital expenditure schedules. Prepares, records, analyzes, and reports accounting transactions and ensures the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles. Provides financial support, including forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing variations from budget.
Analyzes and prepares statutory accounts, financial statements and reports. Conducts or assists in the documentation of accounting projects.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:- 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- One (1) or more years supervisory/management experience (Preferred)
- Four (4) or more years Experience in a related field (Required)
- No Licensure or Certification Required.
