Accounting Manager
Join CFS as an Accounting Manager.
Base Pay Range$80,000/yr - $100,000/yr
PositionSenior accountant overseeing a remote team.
Salary$80K–$90K plus bonus.
LocationHybrid in Franklin area; remote option available.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams
- Proficient in Sage Intacct, Great Plains, Quick Books, and Excel
- Knowledge of GAAP compliance and internal controls
- Lead and mentor a remote accounting team of four
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including month‑end and year‑end close
- Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
- Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Drive process improvements and ensure compliance
- Coordinate with auditors and tax advisors
