Staff Accountant

Position Overview

• Prepare standard and specialized journal entries and financial reports, ensuring compliance with GAAP.
• Compile and analyze financial data, post entries to accounts, and document business transactions.
• Establish, maintain, and coordinate accounting and control procedures.
• Support the financial close cycle by preparing journal entries for expense allocations, accruals, and routine transactions.
• Collaborate with store support center and teams from stores and distribution centers to address inquiries about journal entries and financial reports.

• 0‑2 years of general accounting experience, preference for SAP knowledge.
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Strong attention to detail in processing and reviewing documentation, data entry, and data integrity.
• Ability to build strong partnerships and interdepartmental relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is preferred; interest in obtaining CPA is advantageous.
