We’re partnering with a stable, founder‑led, privately held SaaS company in the Nashville area to hire a Controller for a well‑run, established accounting organization.

• Own and lead full‑cycle accounting
• Manage and develop:
  • Senior Accountant
  • Serve as the internal owner of Net Suite
  • Partner closely with Finance and Billing in a scalable, tech‑enabled environment
  • Focus on optimization, controls, and continuous improvement—not cleanup

• Net Suite (ERP owner)

• 7+ years of accounting experience
• 2+ years in accounting leadership/management
• Strong systems aptitude; enjoys process improvement and troubleshooting
• Steady and experienced professional with solid tenure
• CPA, public accounting, and/or SaaS experience a plus (not required)
