This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Accounts Payable Specialist at our corporate office in Brentwood, TN. The Accounts Payable Specialist will handle the daily accounts payable operations, process and review invoices, reconcile expense reports, and ensure timely payments to vendors for our 18 (and growing) dental partnerships and corporate office. Responsibilities include reviewing and maintaining accurate financial records, preparing journal entries, and assisting with month‑end closings.

Attention to detail, organizational skills, and an ability to meet deadlines are essential to this role.

• Proficiency in handling Expense Reports and strong.mozilla analytical skills
• Background in Finance and Accounting principles
• Experience with preparing and recording Journal Entries
• Strong organizational and.unique time management skills
• Experience in relevant accounting software and tools a plus (Net Suite, Ramp)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in accounts payable is beneficial
