Background check and drug screen Responsibilities Supervise and support a 4-person Accounts Receivable team. Oversee cash application, collections, customer onboarding, reconciliations, and account maintenance. Manage high-volume AR activity across multiple ERP systems, including Visual, Net Suite, and Sage. Review aging reports, collections, payment discrepancies, and reconciliations. Oversee month-end/quarter-end AR close and ensure timely cash application. Coach team members and ensure cross-training across ERP systems.

Identify process improvements and maintain SOPs/documentation. Partner with Accounting, Sales, Treasury, Customer Service, Operations, and IT to resolve issues. Provide AR reporting and analysis to Accounting leadership. Qualifications 4–5+ years of AR experience, including 2–3+ years of supervisory/management experience. Strong cash application, collections, reconciliations, and accounting knowledge.

Experience with Net Suite, Sage, and/or Visual strongly preferred. Advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment. Manufacturing, multi-state, or multi-brand experience preferred. Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree a plus.
