The Office Assistant will be able to perform various administrative tasks and work diligently under pressure with a high degree of attention to detail.

• Handle administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain an organized office and ensure timely communication distribution.
• Create, update, and manage records with precision.
• Submit and track permits with various municipalities, ensuring compliance.

• Adherence to laws and best practices in dealing with customers and data.
• Experience handling permits is required.
• Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information.
• Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Proficiency in English.
• High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks under pressure is a must for this.
