Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the management team including check-ins on project status, calendaring appointments, data entry, scanning, and electronic filing of deliverables
  • Maintain and update documents, deliverables, and reports related to client projects and tracking
  • Collaborate with internal and external constituencies to ensure client service excellence, business continuity, and confidentiality
  • Assist with other projects and provide back-up to administrative colleagues as needed
Requirements
  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Polished professionalism including a positive attitude combined with excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Ability to exercise tact, courtesy, and discretion in contacts at all levels – both within and outside the Firm
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to exercise initiative, judgment, and take ownership when dealing with support tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines when faced with multiple/competing tasks
