The Change Management Specialist supports organizational transformation by executing change management strategies that drive adoption, minimize resistance, and ensure the successful implementation of new processes, systems, and initiatives. This role works closely with project managers, business leaders, and employees to deliver clear communications, effective training, and strong stakeholder engagement. The Change Management Specialist plays a critical role in helping individuals and teams transition smoothly through change.

This is a full time, hybrid Change Management Specialist role located in Brentwood, TN.

What You'll Do
  • Partner with project teams and business leaders to assess change impacts, readiness, and stakeholder needs.
  • Develop and implement change management plans, including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Create and deliver clear, consistent messaging to support awareness, understanding, and adoption.
  • Collaborate with HR, Communications, and functional teams to design and deliver training programs that build user capability and adoption.
  • Identify risk, resistant points, and adoption barriers; recommend strategies to build buy-in and minimize disruption.
  • Define and track success metrics (e.g., adoption, engagement, training, and performance indicators); provide insights and recommendations to improve outcomes.
  • Support managers and leaders with tools and coaching to strengthen their role as change champions.
  • Maintain and enhance change management frameworks, tools, and templates to ensure consistent application across initiatives.
  • Document lessons learned and share best practices to continuously improve organizational change capability.
  • Facilitate cross-project visibility for change risk readiness when needed.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci).
  • 3+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related role.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter).
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Team oriented, collaborative mindset with an eagerness to learn and grow in the change management discipline.
