We are a boutique-sized diversified downstream energy company with a range of assets, including petroleum refining and logistics.

Our refineries in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana have a combined crude capacity of 302,000 barrels per day

Our logistics business currently owns and operates 720 miles of crude and product pipelines, a 600-mile crude oil gathering system, and storage tanks and terminals.

Job Summary

Supports internal and external operations by managing systems and providing operational support to the commercial team. This role ensures accurate data, timely reporting, and smooth day-to-day execution of processes including customer inquiries, billing reconciliation, and terminal setup/management. The position partners closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Education and Experience

4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)

In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Two (2) or more years Experience in a related field (Required)

No Licensure or Certification Required.

Job Requirements
  • Supports internal and external sales teams to ensure smooth execution of processes.
  • Maintains operational systems, including CRM, customer portals (e.g., DASH), and terminal systems (e.g., TABS/G3).
  • Manages master data to ensure accuracy across systems.
  • Fields and executes customer inquiries, allocation management, and billing discrepancy resolution.
  • Manages and communicates operational KPIs.
  • Prepares and delivers daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance reports.
  • Analyzes data and provides actionable recommendations to commercial team members.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional partners on projects, process improvements, and ad hoc requests.
  • Supports operational planning, resource optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adapts to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Supports product scheduling and logistics activities as needed.
