Accounting Search is seeking an Estimator (or Senior Estimator) for a multifamily construction company serving Nashville/Brentwood, TN. The role will oversee bid activities, take-offs, and cost analyses across projects exceeding $40M in value.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years in multifamily estimation, strong leadership skills, and experience with Onscreen Take-off, Smart Bid, Sage Estimating, and Sheerwall systems. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
