Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (PL CSR)
Job SummarySeeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (PL CSR) to join a growing team. - Manage a book of business valued at approximately $2 million, with account sizes ranging from $1,000 to $50,000.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Assist with quoting new and renewal business as needed.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with team members to support departmental goals and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed guidance to clients.
- Experience
:
Some prior experience in the insurance industry is required, with a preference for candidates with independent agency experience. - Software Proficiency
:
Familiarity with EPIC software is highly desirable. - Licenses/Designations
:
Relevant licenses or designations are preferred but not mandatory. - Soft Skills
