• Assist the pediatric dentist during exams and procedures
• Provide a calm, friendly presence to help children feel at ease
• Take digital X-rays, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean operatory
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Collaborate with our team to deliver a smooth, positive patient experience
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned by management

• Active Tennessee RDA license
• Pediatric dental experience is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Compassionate, team-oriented, and reliable
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
