Starting pay: $35,360-$39,520 annually, based on experience and education, with opportunities for annual merit increases.

• High school diploma or GED; must be at least 18 years old.
• At least six months of experience at a licensed early childhood education center (preferred).Must pass a background check.
• Must complete CPR and First Aid training within 90 days (if not certified).

Micah Children’s Academy, located on a beautiful and expansive property, serves children ages six weeks through Pre‑K in a Jewish values‑based, Reggio Emilia‑inspired environment.
